Victoria, BC, Canada – The Vancouver Island Works Project, Victoria’s Leader in Computer Literacy Skills, is pleased to announce that it has partnered with MultiHat Solutions to bring online technical Training to Vancouver Island.

Technology companies have been moving their operations to Vancouver Island for the past few years to not only benefit from the increase in remote working but also provide employees with the benefits of a better work/life balance.

“The popularity of a remote working environment within the technology community has been gaining popularity for the last ten years,” said Manny Mandrusiak, CEO of the Vancouver Island Works Project. “MultiHat Solutions has been a leading provider of technical training in  Vancouver and we are extremely pleased to be their partner here on Vancouver Island.”

People on Vancouver Island are looking for the technical computer skills that MultiHat Solutions
offers, but prefer to engage with a local vendor by adopting Vancouver Island’s “shop local” philosophy. That’s why we wanted the VIW Project to act as that local resource. We are already extremely active on Vancouver Island training Islanders to obtain better jobs. Now we can provide even more options” added Mandrusiak.

New technical training courses offered include:

 Microsoft Office 365
