Microsoft Office Access

Learn Microsoft Office Access

Manage your information all in one

Microsoft Access can be one of the most confusing software platforms in the Microsoft Office Suite as it is the most mis-understood. Simply put, Microsoft Access is an information management tool that provides users with the ability to store information for: referencing, reporting, and analysis.

Microsoft Access gives users with the ability to analyze large amounts of information and manage related data more efficiently than Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet applications. It does this by enabling the user to run queries, and set up Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) to simplify tasks by performing them at the click of a button. Reports can be generated easily and efficiently.

Microsoft Access is widely used among Government, Crown Corporations and Non-Profits due to its relatively reasonable cost, and less complicated learning curve as compared to SQL databases.
