Oso lives across the street from the Project, and his humans are busy working people. Leaoni volunteered us to take him out at lunch and give him a little exercise. Well Oso fits right in with all of us at the Project and we’ve hired him as our Community Correspondent. His duties are to walk around the neighbourhood and explore not only local businesses, but also keep us connected with the community.

She has developed educational training curriculum at both the private and Provincial level since 2005, and is always committed to providing an exceptional level of customer experience.
Leaoni was a Senior Education Administrator (SEA) for over 10 years and has in-depth experience providing vocational rehabilitation training for: SISIP, WorkSafeBC, WorkBC, WCB Alberta, WorkLink, ICBC, and CPP Disability clients. She is a respected authority in her field and often called upon to consult directly on vocational rehabilitation plans for WorkSafeBC due to not only her training knowledge, but also her community awareness as to what companies are looking for in skilled workers

Myke is a true artist in every way. There is no medium that he has not mastered. As you describe what you are looking for in a project, you will often see him sketching on a scrap of paper. We are always amazed when he turns the paper toward you and asks if this is what you want? He loves to teach and develop new skills in individuals. When Myke isn’t teaching, you can find him hanging out with his son Ryker.

Alex is a Project Manager’s Manager. She understands the big picture as well as the fine details. She is a master at delegation, and she continually inspires those that work with her to produce the best work that they can. She is an accomplished web developer and graphic designer who continually has her finger on the pulse of what the hottest trends in the industry are.

Andrea holds a diploma in Application & Web Development from Pacific Design Academy and she has a formal education in contemporary and studio arts from Concordia University.
Andrea has a lifelong love for the arts. In her downtime she can be found at Art Battle cheering on the artists, Island Circus Space flying on the aerial silks, or at home creating digital drawings. You can also catch her at local tech events such as Canada Learning Code, Startup Slam, and Battlesnake.
Web Developer / Graphic Artist
I am a design & communications professional with over 20 years of experience and success starting as an Art Director with Chicago advertising firm Kennedy and Associates. I am a member of The Society of Graphic Designers of Canada, the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, Island Women in Science and Technology, The Women’s Club of Evanston, and The Union Club of British Columbia.
My current and past projects include website design, development and deployment; corporate branding; and audio and video production. My clients include the City of Victoria, Black Press Media, Daniel Lapp’s House of Music Society, Pacific Western Brewing, the Greater Victoria Public Library, Mount St. Mary Hospital, Betterthan50®, Island BMW, and the Downtown Victoria Business Association
Gail is our resident accounting instructor. Gail is a multi-tasker. She has a contract position with
the Salt Spring Chamber of Commerce and acts as the Project’s point of contact for the Islands.
Margo has been teaching Project and Microsoft since their conception. She currently resides in
Cornwall England to stay close to family, but has never really left our Project family. She
specializes in teaching custom Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
Wolf is everything SharePoint and Project. He has been teaching for several institutions for
years and is not stranger to working with the Project. He enjoys time with his wife Barbi on their
boat “the Caribou” when he is not teaching.

Bronwen has been a long-time friend of the project, and is our resident Vancouver instructor.
She is an accomplished Master Microsoft Instructor, and fits in well with our customized style of
Paloma started off as a homestay student with Manny and Leaoni and is now completing her
Masters of Law in Mexico. She offers legal advice to the Team in the form of non-disclosure acts
for some of our clients. We work with all sorts of data and we want to ensure that all of our
client’s data is protected. Paloma makes all of that happen for us.
