As Microsoft explains, Lists was designed to be a simple way to share and monitor information across a team. It will enable you to track contacts, workflow issues, issue tracking, and task progress updates.

As part of the Microsoft 365 suite, Lists will be deeply integrated with other apps, including Teams and SharePoint, enabling you to update Lists. There is also an app dedicated to tasks available for smartphones.

Users can use ready-made templates for creating lists or preparing their own formats, using their colour configuration, creating their own alerts and even automating processes using an “if-then” system, which activates specific actions when the right conditions are achieved.

Lists, as the name suggests, is a service that helps you create ordered lists of anything — tasks, people, products, calendars and timelines, to name a few. You can select one of the platform’s pre-configured visuals or create a list from scratch, including importing data from spreadsheets.

With the list created, you can check the progress of projects, track information and organize yourself better. As it works in the cloud, it is possible to synchronize information with other company services and your team, something that can be done on the PC, cell phone or the company’s corporate messenger, Microsoft Teams.

There are some possibilities for creating lists in various applications. However, Lists enable you to do this in a corporate environment without needing many adjustments.

The creation of lists directly linked to Microsoft 365 facilitates the day-to-day operations of a company or organization.

Through this application, the person responsible for the list can monitor the progress and completion of tasks.

With complete control of the lists created, it is possible to list the team’s priorities so that the company’s internal or external processes are faster and more effective.
